Tesla Gates are randomly placed, hallway-wide gates in the facility that project a field of fatal electricity for half a second in an attempt to stop beings from passing through it. Standing too near or inside the gates will result in the Player dying.
The player can pass Tesla Gates by either faking them out, taking advantage of the second-long cool-down to pass through them, or pulling up the soundboard (by pressing 'X') and telling command to deactivate them. Tesla Gates do not respond to most NPCs, and only affects SCP-106 by despawning it when it tries to pass through, making the gates potentially very helpful in a chase. If your Nine-Tailed Fox teammates encounter a Tesla Gate then they will disable it themselves.
- The lady that is killed by the Tesla Gate is unsaveable due to the event being scripted (the event's purpose is to show the player how Tesla Gates work and is from the original Containment Breach game)
